About Us:

Pamela Visti has extensive experience in individual taxation, with a focus on international tax. Pam holds a B.A. degree in Business Management from Malone College, and is an Enrolled Agent (EA), a designation for one who has demonstrated technical tax competence and receives their right to practice from the IRS. Pam has served on the board for the local chapter of the Ohio State Society of Enrolled Agents, and also holds the designation of Global Mobility Specialist (GMS).

Randy Hyde has many years of professional experience as a CPA, including serving as administrator and manager for a large local hospital. Randy's background is in corporate and individual taxation, finance and administration. He holds a B.B.A. degree in Accounting from Cleveland State University, and is a member of the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants. Randy serves as a volunteer and board member with a number of charitable organizations.
